Story Of 2 Penalties, Russia, Croatia Surprise Everyone To Reach The Quarter-Finals

Russia and Croatia in Quarter-finals, Wow! what’s happening in FIFA world cup 2018? After 52 matches, only 4  of the world’s top 10 ranked teams are still alive at the World Cup.

While the elimination of top-ranked Germany was a big shocker, Argentina, and Portugal’s loss ended the journey of 2 legendary footballers Messi and Ronaldo.

In the last 4 knock-out matches, not a single match has been won by a team which is ranked at the top by FIFA.

Moreover, France has already made it to the Quarter-finals, Brazil, Belgium and Switzerland need to battle in order to make to reach the next knock-out stage.

Well, this year’s tournament is going to be one of the historic ones as the favourites are not just brutally hunted but are on the verge of extinction. No one would have expected this is going to happen.

On Sunday, yet another dramatic day of action we spotted 2 penalty shootouts as the favourites were dumped by a bottom ranked side, which left the fans all over the world in a state of shock.
