It’s time to bow down to ‘Thala’ MS Dhoni and his teammate Faf Du Plessis who scored an unbeaten 67 not out of 42 balls to help Chennai Super Kings (CSK) beat Kane Williamson’s Sunrisers Hyderabad by 2 wickets at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium in the Qualifier 1 to enter the finals of the 11th season of IPL.

If you are a real CSK fan you must not know that under the captaincy of MS Dhoni,  Chennai Super Kings have become the only IPL team to enter the tournament’s final for the 7th time in their 9 IPL season. One must also not forget that CSK has won the IPL for  2 times and have highest chances of winning in for the 3rd time in 2018.

Just after winning the match, Suresh Raina posted a cute selfie with the ultimate boss of IPL, MS Dhoni.

You must not miss this one when the CSK team was seen singing their “theme” song Whistle Podu on the bus. It seems that the Yellow army is on a picnic, isn’t it?

Well, Chennai Super Kings had made a dream comeback in IPL 2018 after getting a two-year ban as they are now again in the finals. Chasing 140, MS Dhoni & Co. were struggling at 62 for 6 when Faf Du Plessis started to attack the opposition bowlers as they finally won the match with 5  balls to spare.

The South-African batsman smashed a wonderful six in MS Dhoni style to score the winning run. Well, one can get a glimpse of MS Dhoni in Faf Du Plessis who had won the 2011 World Cup final against Sri Lanka at the same venue also in a similar manner. Overall, he smashed 5 fours and 4 sixes in the nail-biting cricket match.

On the other hand, Sunrisers to have another chance to take their revenge against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday’s final if they can beat the winner of Thursday’s eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2.
