Our honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is really an inspiration for every youth in India. Recently, Mr Modi posted a 2-minute long video on Twitter of his morning exercise schedule as a part of #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign. Well, it takes moments of joy to see our humble down to earth PM doing morning exercise, yoga as part of his daily routines.

To those who don’t know, PM Modi was nominated by Team India skipper and gymaholic Virat Kohli as a part of sports minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore’s #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign on Twitter.

On Wednesday, he shared a video stretching and doing yoga poses also was also seen walking on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature- – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, and Aakash.
Now, you can see him doing foot reflexology path, an exercise which helps to improve health and well-being. Reflexology walking paths help in lowering blood pressure, stimulates reflex points, relieves stress, boosts energy and improve overall fitness.

Meanwhile, the PM also challenged the newly elected Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy to undertake the fitness challenge. To which he replied, by saying that he felt honoured but said he was more concerned about his state’s health.

Further, Table tennis player Manika Batra, and the entire fraternity of IPS officers were also nominated to take up the fitness challenge.
Interestingly, the video which is under 2 minutes has been seen by over 36,000 people so far.
Well, this is really a motivation for people like us to do daily exercise. We are proud of my prime minister.
