1. Band Baaja Baarat- Bitto Sharma
Who can forget the super crazy guy, Bittoo Sharma from the movie Band Baaja Baarat, which had released way back in 2010? It was surprising to see that Ranveer who had made his debut with this movie turned out to be one of the most successful movies of the year. The song,”Ainvayi Ainvayi” was one of those pulsating track which exactly represents the spirit of the movie.
2. Ladies vs Ricky Bahl-Ricky Bahl
It was really interesting to see Ranveer playing the role of a conman in his next movie Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. In the Ranveer and Anushka came back together and the movie went on to earn Rs.84 crores gross from the box office on a budget of 20 crores and the movie ended up being a commercial success despite receiving a mixed response from critics. His chocolate boy avatar in the song, Aadat Se Majboor has stolen the hearts of all women in India.
3. Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela- Ram Rajan
The movie, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, came out as a turning point in Ranveer’s career. Well, Singh himself confessed that he realized his real potential only after working with ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He said, “Mr Bhansali has extracted from me some of my most special performances. He’s opened my eyes, expanded my universe and given me wings to fly.”

4. Bajirao Mastani- Bajirao
Say what! Ranveer and SLB joined once again for the epic historical drama Bajirao Mastani. While Ranveer was playing the role of Bajirao, Deepika was signed to play the role of Mastani in the movie. The movie was a box-office hit and grossed over 3.56 billion post its release. The movie gave a tough competition to Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan and surprised everyone as it turned out be a huge success. Indeed, Ranveer Singh perfectly capture the victorious spirit of Peshwa warrior Bajirao in this song.
5. Padmaavat- Alauddin Khilji
Guess what RS and SLB came together for their 3rd collaboration in Padmaavat. Further, it is said that Ranveer even went to extremes to prepare for the role. He had isolated himself and used to live as Alauddin Khilji. He had moved into an apartment close to Film City where the movie was being shot to save the travel time to prepare for the role of that’s insane isn’t it?
