After a long wait, the much-awaited teaser of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 is here. As we were earlier reported that the movie is made at a budget of over Rs 500 crore, 2.0 has already broken the record of Baahubali and the movie is so far the most expensive movie in India. Moreover, the movie also marks Akshay Kumar’s debut in the Tamil Film Industry.
On the pious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, what can be better than watching a teaser of 2.0. Rajinikanth now returns as Chitti, a robot made by a scientist which had become devilish in the first installment while he will also reprise the role of Dr. Vaseegaran. Further, the Kesari star is going to stun you with this movie as he plays the role of the antagonist, Dr Richard/Crowman in the movie.
Sharing the teaser on his Twitter account, Akshay wrote, “On the auspicious occasion of #GaneshChaturthi, doing Shree Ganesh of India’s Grandest Film: #2Point0! Here’s a glimpse of the biggest rivalry, Good or Evil…Who decides? #2Point0Teaser.”

2.0, directed by A S Shankar is the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Enthiran (Robot) featuring Thalaiva Rajinikanth and beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in leading role.
To those who don’t know Akshay is now the only mainstream A-list Bollywood actor who had done a negative role in a South Indian movie.
Produced by Lyca Productions, 2.0 features Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey in significant roles. Further, AR Rahman has composed the music for the movie.
With Akshay and Rajinikanth both of them enjoying a great fan following in India, Bollywood Khan’s and Kapoor’s will now face a huge competition as 2.0 is all set to register new box-office records in the Indian film industry.
