Whoa! Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra -the old students of Karan Johar who had earlier made a big Bollywood debut with Student of the Year in 2012 are now coming to meet our favourite next-gen star and KJo’s new student Tiger Shroff and we can’t keep calm! Interestingly, the prequel turned out to be a box-office success and now these actors are among the leading young stars of the country.
Now as these students have already graduated and are starting their own path of success while passing the baton to the new class of 2018. Well, the new campus flick stars Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria in leading roles.
Helmed by Punit Malhotra, after starting the shooting of Karan Johar’s new venture Student of the year 2 in Dehradun and completing the second schedule in Pune, rumours say that they are yet to finalize the location for the third schedule.

Further, it is said that the 3rd part of the movie is crucial as director Punit Malhotra and team will be shooting the climax of the movie, which is expected to begin by mid-July.
According to DNA, Varun Dhawan(Rohan), Alia Bhatt(Shanaya) and Sidharth Malhotra(Abhimanyu) will be having guest cameos in the form of a special song in the movie.
According to reports, “The film’s makers want to shoot the song, which will feature the trio in the opening credits, on a large canvas.
“They are yet to take a call on whether they should shoot in Delhi, Pune or Mumbai. It will be shot either in a stadium or on a lavish set.” reports say.
That is awesome, isn’t it?
Further, it says, “This song will mark the beginning of the sequel and will see SOTY’s lead actors, Varun, Alia and Sid, passing the baton to the new batch of students.’
Also, the Baaghi 2 star will feature in the song while it is still not known whether Ananya and Tara will be part of the movie or not?
