Here’s a surprise for you all! Actress Sunny Leone is all set to begin her new phase in the Indian film Industry. The ex-porn star who was last seen in Arbaaz Khan starrer Tera Intezar is soon going to make her debut in the Tamil industry with her upcoming period drama Veeramadevi, which is directed by V.C. Vadivudaiyan, popular for movies like Sowkarpettai and Pottu.
Apart from Sunny, the filmmakers have roped in Navdeep Pallapolu as the antagonist along with Amrish Ganesh of Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva, who is responsible for the music department.
On Monday, Sunny took to Twitter to share the video of herself riding a horse and captioned it, “Practice ride with this beautiful animal before shooting Veeramadevi did my own riding and stunts for this first look shoot!”
It is always great to see, Sunny putting all her effort while shooting for her movies. The news is really very exciting and we can’t wait to see her in a whole new avatar.

According to reports, the Mastizaade star has also trained herself in sword fighting and has allotted around 150 days for her dream project.
Expressing her love for action sequences, Sunny had told TOI. “I have always liked doing action sequences. I was waiting for a script like this for a long time. I started preparing for this movie from the minute director V C Vadivudayan narrated the story.”

Further, she also revealed her love for South India, she said, “I have a special love towards south India. I have a lot of my fans here, especially Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.”
On her character in in the movie, Thalaivi said,”My character is extremely strong and I think if there is any representation of woman I would love to play, it’s Veeramadevi. She is a very determined and an independent woman.”
Produced by Ponse Stephen under the banner Steves Corner, the movie will also be released in 4 other languages- Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Well, the 37-year-old Indian-American actress has come a long way since making her debut in Bollywood with Jism 2 (2012). Moreover, we saw her entertaining the Indian audience with her seductive dance moves in item songs like Pink Lips, Baby Doll, Laila Main Laila, and Piya More.
