Have you ever seen Ranbir Kapoor doing ‘Bhaigiri’? Well! Expected the Unexpected from Director Rajkumar Hirani who after creating films like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., 3 Idiots, PK is coming up with an interesting movie titled ‘Sanju‘ which is based on the life of veteran actor Sanjay Dutt. While the role of the Bhoomi star will be played by Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor’s father Rishi Kapoor sharing the movie’s poster tweeted,”Interesting.” While the poster hints at the five important chapters from Dutt’s life.

In an Interview, Rajkumar Hirani shared his struggles in relation to choosing a suitable title for the movie, “Actually, we thought of many titles. One of them was Aisa Hi Hoon. Anything you attach with a name in a biopic is like an adjective. Even if you say Aisa Hi Hoon or Sarphira, either you are glorifying him or attacking him,” he said.

Later, he specified that he got this idea of choosing a neutral title when he came to know that Sanjay’s mother Nargis used to call him ‘Sanju’ also with a lot of affection.
“Then I heard a gem from him. Apparently, Nargisji used to call him ‘Sanju’ with a lot of affection. We thought this is the most non-committal and neutral title, with no pre-conceived notions,” the 55-year-old director said.
After watching the teaser, one can identify that the Ranbir has definitely gone through a lot of transformation in the movies. From Rocky to Munnabhai, the 35-year-old actor has completely mastered every aspect of his idol.
Earlier in a media interaction, Ranbir confirmed himself as the fan of Sanjay Dutt, he said, “I have always been a Sanjay Dutt fan. So for me, it was a fan trying to play his icon on-screen.
Clearly, Ranbir is looking similar to the 58-year-old superstar. This is going to be fun.
Moreover, the movie depicts the journey of a man who has gone through everything that life can throw at him. Well! There are some true stories which make you think “did this really happen?”
