Ranbir Kapoor’s biographical drama Sanju is now winning hearts worldwide. Well, the pair of Ranbir Kapoor and Rajkumar Hirani has really stunned everyone. It is already 10 days since Sanju had hit the theatres and till now the craze of the movie is high among the audience. Well, the movie has already collected Rs.445 crore worldwide and is now the 2nd highest grossing movie only after Padmaavat.

Moreover, the movie starring Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Paresh Rawal in the leading roles has now collected more than Rs.265.48 crore at the box office in just 10 days and now it will be interesting to see whether the movie can touch the Rs.300 crore mark in the next 4 days .

According to Bollywood Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie has so far collected Rs.12.90 crore on Friday, Rs.22.02 crore on Saturday and a whopping Rs.28.05 crore on Sunday to collect Rs.62.97 crore at the end of 2nd weekend. While the collections were low on Friday, the movie had collected huge numbers on Saturday and Sunday. This is really surprising because many movies can’t even collect such figures in the 1st weekend after the release.

In just 8 days, Sanju’s collection has gone past Ajay Devgn’s highest grosser Golmaal Again, Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express, Hrithik Roshan’s Bang Bang and Akshay Kumar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. Intrestingly, the Barfi star now stands ahead of superstars Ajay Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar.
Now RK becomes a big threat to other superstars like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. Let’s see if it’ll be able to beat Dangal at the domestic box office to become highest grossing Bollywood movie of all time.
Meanwhile, we can bet that the movie will surpass PK’s domestic collections and will become Rajkumar Hirani’s biggest hit till date.
