In a very shocking news, Actor Kavi Kumar Azaad who plays the role of Dr Hansraj Hathi in Sab TV’s popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma suffered a mssive heart attack in the early morning on July 9, 2018 and then he was admitted to Wockhardt Hospital in Mira Road, Mumbai. Later, he passed away on Monday afternoon.
According to reports, the actor was going to attend a meeting today with the entire star cast along with the producer of the show. Later, Azaad informed the producer of the show about his bad health and hence opted out of the meeting. Around 11-12 PM, he suffered a major heart attack.
Sources confirm that the actor was unwell for 3 days and had slipped into coma last night.

Praising Mr. Azaad, Asit Kumar Modi, the producer of the show said, “He was an amazing actor and a very positive person. He truly loved the show and always came for the shoots, even if he was not feeling well.”
Shocked with his sudden demise, Modi said, “He called today morning that he is not well and will not be able to come for shoot. And later we got the news that he passed away. We are all too numb to say anything.”
Further, Dilip Joshi who plays the role of Jethalal said,“I am in London, I have no idea about this sad news. Even I am getting calls from everywhere and it is very shocking. I need to find out what happened.”
Well, the man was popular for for his dialogue, “Sahi Baat Hai” and and we are definitely going to miss his presence.

To those who don’t know, Kavi has earlier worked in films like Mela, starring Aamir Khan and Twinkle Khanna and in Paresh Rawal’s Funtoosh.
In 2009, Kavi had replaced actor Nirmal Soni as Dr Hathi who played the role for a year.
