Do you remember this dialogue, “Aata Majhi Satakli” from Ajay Devgn starrer Singham that released way back in 2011? Well! Director Rohit Shetty is planning to take forward the Singham franchise with Lady Singham.
Interestingly, after collaborating with the Raid star in over 10 films and with the Box-office success of Golmaal Again, it seems that Rohit has decided to again join hands with his friend Ajay for the new project.
At the launch press conference of “Little Singham”, he said, “There are so many franchises Golmaal and Singham, so we are planning which one to make, so definitely either one of them will be made, Singham or Golmaal.”
Further, he added,”Maybe I will make something else with Ajay Devgn. Everything is in discussion phase right now.”
“Little Singham”, is an animation series inspired by the blockbuster film ‘Singham‘, which will be premiered on Discovery Kids channel from April 21.

The Dilwale director who is busy shooting for Simmba, his upcoming comic drama that features Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan hinted about working on a script for Lady Singham.
The germ or thought is there to create this whole cop universe; we will make a film that will have a lady cop. And we will add a lady cop in our Little Singham too,” said Rohit.

He said, “In fact, we were planning and we are still planning. We are still working on a script for like a lady Singham. We have made Singham and now we are making Simmba. Actually, it will take a lot of time.”

Meanwhile, the 45-year-old director who started his Bollywood journey with Zameen said that he is on his way to create a universe where they will have a lady cop, “But don’t put it tomorrow that I’m making lady Singham and then who is the heroine and then that will continue for next six months. It’ll take time but we are in planning to create this universe where we have a lady character who is a cop. That thought is there.” he confirmed.
While Rohit has still not announced the female lead but definitely, the film is going to be made on a large scale.
