Virat, Deepika Make Out in The TIME's 100 Most Influential People List, Who is Your Favourite Indian?

TIME’s 100 Most Influential People list is a list which basically includes the artists, activists, leaders, and visionaries who create a positive impact on the society by their works.

While in TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List, 2018 Deepika Padukone is the only Indian actor along with Indian batsman Virat Kohli to make it to the list.

However, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was present in the list of 2015 was not included in this years list.
Further, Business Tycoon Bhavish Aggarwal was a surprise entry in the list.

Ola co-founder Bhavish Aggarwal was included TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List. Meanwhile, his profile was written by Executive chairman of Indian e-commerce company Flipkart Sachin Bansal who said that Aggarwal’s “vision, passion, and determination” helps him counter all the obstacles of life.

Aggarwal had then complained that there was a glass ceiling for Indian startups.

While Deepika Padukone’s co-star Vin Diesel from the film ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’, appreciated her by saying that she is “not just here to represent India; she’s here to represent the world.”

Deepika Padukone who made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om is currently the most successful actress.

Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was in all praise for Indian skipper Virat Kohli when he wrote down his profile and said that Virat’s “hunger for runs and consistency” is outstanding and is the “hallmark of his game.”

Indian Cricket Team skipper Virat Kohli who started his career in 2008 has come a long way since then as he currently holds the record of scoring most number of centuries in ODI cricket only after his idol Sachin Tendulkar.
