Today, Bollywood superstar Varun Dhawan and filmmaker Shoojit Sircar revealed the trailer for the movie on the social media platform.
In the trailer, Varun is seen playing the role of a sweet and mischievous hotel management student who is working in a five-star hotel as part of the trainee programme. While. Debutant Banita Sandhu who is making her debut in Bollywood is seen as Varun’s classmate in the movie who unfortunately ends up in an ICU due to some events.
According to sources, the 30-year-old actor had spent the time to observe the way all the hotel employees work while shooting for the film in a hotel in Delhi.
Directed by Shoojit Sircar, October stars Varun Dhawan and debutant Banita Sandhu in lead roles. While Varun’s character name is Dan, Banita is referred as Shiuli in the film.

Meanwhile, Varun has been very protective about Banita and shared that, “Banita is just 20 years old and does not know much about how the media functions here.”
Further, he added, She doesn’t have a manager so Shoojit dada and I just want to make sure she gets the best and is comfortable cause meeting the massive media and paparazzi can be very overwhelming,”
Apart from Varun and Banita, the film also features Karamveer Kanwar, Iteeva Pande and Sahil Vedoliyaa in pivotal roles
Co-Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, October is scheduled to release on 13 April 2018.
