It’s time to congratulate B-town’s most popular singer and music composer Himesh Reshammiya who secretly tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Sonia Kapoor at his residence in Mumbai on Friday night.

Well, The news comes as special for all his fans as the 44-year-old singer shared the picture of his wedding on Instagram. According to reports, Sonia and Himesh were dating each other for a long period of time.

To those who don’t know, Sonia Kapoor is a well-known TV actress who has been working in shows like Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai, Yes Boss and Remix also she has been part of various movies such as Officer, Satta, and Fareb.

While Himesh is already a popular star in the film industry and is known for album Aap Ka Suroor and films like Khiladi 786. He has various popular songs like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa under his name from various Bollywood movies of the early 2000s. Moreover, this is the second marriage of the composer who had been granted a divorce from Komal last year.

Sharing his excitement of beginning the new phase of his life, Himesh said, “I am really happy that Sonia and I have started this new journey, she is a lovely girl and I have loved her unconditionally.”

Further, Describing Himesh as a “wonderful human being” and her “soul mate”, Soni said, “He means the world to me and I am very happy to start this beautiful journey with him.”

Speaking to Mid-day, Himesh clarified that their wedding was a last-minute plan and so they have decided to throw a party for all friends in the film fraternity.
