Whoa! John Abraham’s Satyameva Jayate is giving tremendous competition to Khiladi Bhaiya at the box-office. SMJ which also stars Manoj Bajpayee in the major role has surprised the trade pundits with its 1st-day collections. According to Bollywood Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie has so far collected huge Rs.20.52 crores on its opening day.

Reports claim that Gold’s 1st-day collections are highest ever for Akshay Kumar so far. While Akki’s character Tapan Das has already surprised the Indian audience, the latest box-office collections will make you wonder if Khiladi Kumar is the new ruler of Indian film industry.
According to Bollywood Trade Analyst, Taran Adarsh, Gold has collected a superb Rs 25.25 crore on Day 1 at the box-office. Well, there is more good news for Akshay Kumar fans as the movie is all set to become the 6th consecutive hit for the superstar in the last 3 years.
