We all might know Virat Kohli as an aggressive batsman on the field but very few people know that the RCB skipper has a softer side too.
On Sunday, The Delhi boy who is popular among his fans for a strict diet and fitness routine was spotted feasting over the delicious Mughlai food along with his teammates at Mohammed Siraj’s house at Towli Chowki area of the Hyderabad city ahead of their game against the table-toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, a video was uploaded by a fan on Instagram in which the RCB players were seen enjoying the food. If you watch the video clearly the players were seen, Virat, and co. squatted on the floor and watched IPL match on television, in a typical Hyderabadi style.
As reported by The Indian Express, Kohli, and his teammates were seen relishing patthar ka gosht, korma, khoobani ka mertha and double ka meetha.
After spending almost 2 hours at the house Virat Kohli and his teammates were seen interacting and clicking pictures with Siraj’s family members and friends.
Overwhelmed by Virat’s simplicity, RCB’s fast bowler Siraj thanked Kohli and shared a picture. In his post, he wrote, ” Thank you VK Bhaiyya @virat.kohli, The BEST-EST gift I have ever received in my life.”
Definitely, one should learn the idea of having some fun with teammates and creating new friendships from Virat.
Unfortunately, Virat Kohli and his men lost the match by 5 runs against table-toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad and now they are placed at the sixth spot in the IPL 2018 points table with six points and a Net Run Rate (NRR) of -0.361.
Well, it will be interesting to see whether Virat can make a comeback in the next match against Delhi Daredevils on 5th May 2018.
