After R Madhavan in Breathe, Saif Ali Khan is all set to make his debut in a web series by Netflix

With R Madhavan’s Breathe having a good run on Amazon Prime, it’s time for his counterpart, Saif to prove his worth in his debut web series ‘Sacred Games’.

Nowadays, Bollywood superstars are now looking for a new medium to reach their audiences. R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan are among those actors who have taken these risks and have grabbed the opportunities.

While Netflix and Amazon Prime have provided a great platform to the actors to display their talent to the viewers,

On Thursday, The American Entertainment Company, Netflix, founded by Marc Randolph and Reed Hastings shared the first look of the web series Sacred Games on Twitter with the caption, “The deadliest games are the ones we’ve been fooled into playing. Here’s the first look of #SacredGames (sic).”

The pictures reveal the interesting story of the web series in which Saif is pointing a gun at someone with blood spattered across his face.

While Nawaz, in kurta pajama, is looking at his reflection in the mirror. Further, Radhika is seen standing with a puzzled expression on her face.

The upcoming web series is based on Vikram Chandra’s 2006 thriller novel Sacred Games.  Apart from Saif the show also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Radhika Apte and Rajshri Deshpande in pivotal roles.

Saif Ali Khan plays the role of a Mumbai cop Sartaj Singh who is on an expedition to capture the powerful, Ganesh Gaitonde(Nawazudding Siddiqui), the crime lord of G-company. Later,  it becomes clear that the game is much larger and beyond both of them.

The web series will be produced in collaboration with the Phantom Films and is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, and  Anurag Kashyap.

While the release date is yet to announce the audience is thrilled to watch the epic masterwork created by Saif, Nawaz, Radhika, Vikramaditya, and Anurag.
