R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan to be seen on-screen together after the long interval of 17 years.

The film will complete 17 years this year, and the news is that the main lead of the classic film is coming back together for a new venture in 2018, and this time it’s not going to be a romantic one.

As per the latest reports, the two superstars Saif and Madhavan will reunite for a historical drama film.
The period drama film will be produced by Anand L Rai and directed by Navdeep Singh who has earlier worked with Anushka Sharma in NH10 and Phillauri.
A source close to the project said, “The shoot kicks off in Rajasthan, where the story is set, in the first week of February. Since it’s a period film, Saif and R Madhavan will be training in sword-fighting and horse-riding. They will require a lot of prosthetics and the team has been working on their look for a long time. Last week, there was a final look test in Mumbai and the film is ready to roll now.”
It is said that Mukkabaaz famed actress Zoya Hussain has been roped in as the leading lady of the film. While Deepak Dobriyal who has previously worked with Saif in Omkara will also be seen in the film.
