Wow! The Saawariya pair Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor are back on the screen almost after a long span of 11 years. Well, they are again seen in a pleasant track, sung by Sonu Nigam and Sunidhi Chauhan, from the movie Sanju.
Also, the movie has music by Rohan-Rohan and the lyrics have been penned by Puneet Sharma.
While we still cannot forget the mind-blowing performance given by Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt in Sanju. On Sunday, the filmmakers decided to bring more excitement to the fans as they decided to release the first song from the movie titled Badhiya.
On Friday, Director Rajkumar Hirani took to Twitter to announce the first song from Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju titled Badhiya, and posted the picture along with a caption, ” #Sanju lip-syncing to a woman’s voice in the song #Badhiya. Coming out on Sunday, 11 AM. #RanbirKapoor @sonamakapoor #RajkumarHiraniFilms @foxstarhindi @VVCFilms @TSeries”
Meanwhile, the director gave us a glimpse of the hook line of the song which reads, ‘Main Badhiya, Tu Bhi Badhiya’ which shows Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor in a jolly mood.

In the song Badhiya, we saw Sanju lip-syncing to a woman’s voice. The Song starts with Ranbir going all the way to prove to his father that he can lip-sync while Sonam is playing the role of Sanju’s girlfriend and will be seen in the first song of the movie. Well, the song is an ode to the yesteryear 80s era in which both the actors are seen dressed in the retro attire. Well, you will definitely get a nostalgic feel of the 80s in the song and will also get to see the quirky romance between Sanju and his then-girlfriend who is Sonam.
Uff! We were literally blown away by Ranbir’s expression in the song when he lip-synced, “Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya.”

Well, Sanju is going to be a special movie for both the superstars. While Ranbir Kapoor is looking for a big comeback, for Sonam this is going to be her first movie after her marriage. We wish them all the luck.
