John Abraham’s Parmanu or Madhuri Dixit’s Bucket List: Which Movie Should You See This Friday?

Here comes Desi Boy John Abraham with Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran. Well, we last saw him after almost a gap of 2 years along with him joins Cocktail star Diana Penty. Further, Dhak Dhak girl Madhur Dixit also returns to the B-town with Bucket List after 4 years. Meanwhile, let’s check out the other upcoming movies releasing this week:

Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran

Genre: Historical Action-Drama

John always tries to bring something new for his fans as we all remember he came up with masala entertainers like Dostana and Garam Masala but in the recent years, he has got attracted to movies of the action genre. The movie Parmanu: The Story of Pokharan is based on the nuclear test which was conducted in Pokhran (Rajasthan) in 1998. John Abraham will be seen playing the role of Capt. Ashwat Rana while Diana will be seen in the role of Capt. Ambalika. The song, “Aayo re shubh din aayo re”,  sung by Keerthi Sagathia and Jyotica Tangri, will give you a glimpse of beautiful areas of desert. Well, It’s a story that needs to be told. After Raazi, Parmanu is all set to bring a new perspective with respect to patriotism. We only can say, don’t forget to watch this movie

Solo: A Star Wars Story (3D)

Directed by Ron Howard and produced by Lucasfilm, Solo: A Star Wars Story is a movie based on Han Solo, a character from Star Wars franchise. Moreover, it is a  second of the Star Wars anthology films only after  2016’s Rogue One. Further, the movie had its world premiere in Los Angeles on May 10, 2018, and has generally received positive reviews from the audience.

Bucket List

Genre: Family Drama

Stars: Madhuri Dixit, Sumeet Raghavan, Vandana Gupte, Pradeep Velankar, Shubha Khote\

Bucket List will see producer Karan Johar of Dharma Productions takes his first steps into Marathi cinema. Moreover, after contributing to Hindi cinema for over 30 years Madhuri Dixit returns to her cultural roots as a Maharashtrian and makes her debut in Marathi industry as she is seen playing the role of  Madhura Sane, who takes off on a journey to self-discovery who decided to change her life forever. Moreover, the movie will also see 1994’s Hum Aapke Hain Koun sisters Renuka Shahane and Madhuri sharing the screen after 24 years.

Book Club

Genre: American romantic comedy

Stars: Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, Mary Steenburgen, Andy García, Don Johnson

Well, you must not miss a great chance to watch a rom-com in this week. Directed by Bill Holderman Book Club revolves around the story of 4 older women who love to attend a book club. Suddenly, they end up reading Fifty Shades of Grey and interestingly they like the content. After reading it, they decided to bring a change in their lives and chase their pleasures.

Bioscopewala

Genre: Hindi Drama

You might have always seen Danny Denzongpa playing the role of villain. Well, Get ready to be surprised as you will see the 70-year-old actor in Bioscopewala which is an adaptation of Rabindranath Tagore’s short story Kabuliwala. While the actor will play the role of  Rehmat Khan who becomes the friend of a little girl named Minnie but suddenly the girl disappears from her life. Well, we are not going to say you the full story as you must watch the movie itself in theatres.
