Pacific Rim Uprising tops at the weekend Box-Office in Hollywood while Rani Mukerji’s Hichki gives stiff competition to Ajay Devgn’s Raid at the Box office. So, let’s check out the Weekend Box Office Collections of Bollywood’s new releases:
Rani Mukerji’s comeback film ‘Hichki’ is having a good run at the box-office with its weekend collections grossing over Rs 15.40 crore. Rani Mukerji has yet again proved her worth in Bollywood with her extraordinary performance.
On Sunday, Bollywood Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh revealed the collections of Raid, the movie has so far earned Rs.3.55 cr on Friday, Rs.5.71 cr on Saturday and Rs.7.22 cr on Sunday in the 2nd weekend. It seems that superstar Ajay Devgn’s movie Raid is still the first choice of the Indian audience in the theaters.
Pacific Rim Uprising
Finally, Black Panther was dethroned by Pacific Rim Uprising from the topmost position of the weekend box office collections. Director Steven S. De Knight’s movie Pacific Rim Uprising collected around $122.5 million at the box-office.
Directed by John Stevenson, Sherlock Gnomes could garner only $10.6 million at the International Box office. The reason behind the 3D-comedy film cannot attract the audience was because of the poor reviews it received from critics as well as the audience.
I Can Only Imagine
While receiving positive reviews from the audience in the first weekend Roadside and Lionsgate’s I Can Only Imagine is still dominating the Domestic box office with collections of $13.8 million while grossing over $38 million after 10 days of its release.
