Apart from Priyanka and Salman, comedian Sunil Grovel will also play a significant role in the movie.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, Disha has been roped in by the director’s to essay the role of a trapeze artiste of the 1960s circus.
Well, it seems that Abbas intends to pay a tribute to legendary actor Raj Kapoor’s magnum opus Mera Naam Joker, as per the report.

“I’m happy to welcome Disha on board. The pairing of Salman and Disha in a circus set-up in the ’60s is unusual and exciting.”, Zafar said.
Saying Disha as a “promising star”, for that particular character, the 27-year-old director said,”we needed a girl who looked vulnerable and beautiful yet had the physicality of an athlete. Disha fit the bill perfectly,”
To those who don’t know, the MS Dhoni: The Untold Story star is a well-trained in martial arts. While for this role in Bharat Pataki needs to learn the ropes of the circus.
While sources say that the movie is an official adapration of 2014 South Korean drama, An Ode To My Father. Bharat, produced by Reel Life Production Pvt. Ltd and T-Series, is scheduled to release on Eid, 2019.
