Now the 37-year-old actor has already purchased a duplex in Worli where other b-town stars like Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar already own houses.
According to a DNA report, the Udta Punjab star has the duplex for Rs 56 crore and paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration. Further, the flat is on the high-rise’s 42nd and 43rd floors and the building’s name is Three Sixty West. Moreover, the area of the floors is 427.98 square metre and 300.48 square metre including a balcony of 40.88 square metre, says the report.

On July 12, 2018, the apartment was registered in the name of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor. While Shahid now gets 6 parking spots in the building as well.
Meanwhile, the couple has still not yet confirmed the news and it is reported that the complex will also house a luxury hotel along with apartments. Let’s talk about Bollywood’s next-gen superstar Tiger Shroff who is riding high on the success of his movie Baaghi 2. Well, the 28-year-old star has now acquired a posh eight-bedroom house in upscale Khar. Reports say that the apartment is worth in crores.
According to sources, the house which is decorated by John Abraham’s brother Alan is expected to move in next year. As per a Mumbai Mirror report, the deal for the house was finalized earlier this month and it has met all the requirement’s of Tiger.

In the report, the source said, “Tiger had been hunting for an ideal property for a while now and was really excited when he came across this one. The deal came through earlier this month and his family is extremely happy about Tiger’s latest investment. John Abraham’s interior designer brother Alan will be decorating the place as Tiger had really liked his work in John’s house. He wants to keep his space contemporary yet minimalistic and will be dedicating considerable space in his new pad to a gym.” Further, his mother Ayesha Shroff will help set up the new pad.
On the work front, Shahid will be seen opposite Shraddha Kapoor in in Batti Gul Meter Chalu, while Tiger is now shooting for Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2 with Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria which is directed by Punit Malhotra. Also, he will work along with Super 30 star Hrithik Roshan on a new project and will also shoot for third part of the Baaghi franchise.
