While you might think that Ayushmann Khurrana was funny in Vicky Donor, then you might have mistaken as the 33-year-old Bollywood actor is back with yet another comedy drama, Badhaai Ho, the trailer for which, was released on Tuesday.
Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Badhaai Ho is a coming-of-age story with a tinge of romance and it stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Dangal actress Sanya Malhotra in a female lead.
Well, the trailer shows Ayushmann as a person who is embarrassed by his parent’s active sex lives as well as with its consequences too. His mother’s character which is played by Neena Gupta who is now making a comeback to the big screen surprisingly gets pregnant when most women of her age are on the edge of menopause.

Further, when his father(Gajraj Rao) breaks the news to the family guess what everyone’s cheeks turn red into embarrassment. Indeed, no one can digest that a couple who should be playing with their grandkids are busy making more kids of their own.
It is hillarious to see Surekha Sikri- the shocked angry old grandma of the middle-class family, saying, “Ab sab samajh aa rahi, kyun bahu ka badan toota kare hai roj subah”
Even, Ayushmann too delivering some cheekiest dialogues like, “Tu hi bata yaar, ye bhi koi mummy papa ke karne ki cheez hai kya?”
Sharing his choice of movies, Ayushmann confessed that he likes to do something unconventional.
“I often wonder if I attract such scripts or vice versa, but I am not complaining. I love these kind of stories, we need to present something unconventional as completely normal. The content can’t be vanilla anymore,” he said.

Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, the perfect performances and hillarious situations make Badhaai Ho another movie to watch out for in 2018. Produced by Junglee Pictures and Chrome Pictures, Badhaai Ho will release on October 19, 2018.
